Shipping

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and are shipped weekly on Thursdays or Fridays. Review the shipping information you provide and make sure it's correct. You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

US Domestic Shipping

Tracked shipping will be provided for orders in the United States. Combined shipping discounts are applied at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally outside of the United States.

Delivery Issues

The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping and billing address. If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, Labunis is not liable to replace the item.

The customer is responsible for paying additional shipping fees to reship any and all "return to sender" packages due to an incorrect address, an undeliverable address, or any other faulty reasons.

If a package is lost or stolen, you must first file a report with your local post office. Then, contact Labunis and send proof of the report with your name clearly visible on the report. Replacement of stolen or lost packages are judged on a case-to-case basis. Labunis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.
