Here at Labunis, LLC, (“Company,” “us,” “our”, or “we”) we respect the intellectual property rights of others and understand how damaging and hurtful it can be when those rights are infringed. We expect others to respect our rights as well. All original content displayed on this website, socials, and in our online storefronts are protected by copyright law.

Although we do not host user-generated content on this website, we still provide this policy to outline how we handle copyright-related concerns.

Ownership of Content

All artwork, illustrations, designs, product photography, branding elements, and written content on this website, socials, and in our online storefronts are owned by Company unless otherwise stated. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Purpose of this Policy

This DMCA Policy explains how to contact us if you believe that material on our website infringes on your copyright, and how we will respond to such notices.

Since our site does not host user uploads, most infringement concerns relate to:

• Claims that our artwork resembles your copyrighted work
• Claims that content appearing on our site or social profiles uses your material without permission

We take all such reports seriously and will review each claim.

Notice of Infringement – Information Needed from You

If you believe that content on our website, socials, or storefront infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written notice including:

3. Identification of the infringing material that is to be removed, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. (i.e. Please provide the URL of the page in question to assist us in identifying the infringing work);
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, including your name, mailing address, email address, phone number and fax number;
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner; and,
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Title 17 USC §512(f) provides civil damage penalties, including costs and attorney fees, against any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents certain information in a notification of infringement under 17 USC §512(c)(3). Anyone who knowingly makes false claims of infringement may be liable for damages. Please ensure that all claims submitted are accurate.

Please send your notice to privacy@surrealadumbration.net. We recommend that you send a copy of your notice by both certified mail and email to insure it is received and acted upon promptly. Incomplete notices may delay processing.

Notice Processing and Action

Upon receiving a complete and valid copyright infringement notice, we will:

• Review the claim
• Compare it to the material on our website
• Remove or disable the allegedly infringing material if appropriate
• Contact you if additional information is needed
• Contact the creator (if applicable) if clarification is required

Because all our content is created internally, we may need time to verify the claim before taking action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

The Company takes copyright infringement very seriously. If we discover repeat or intentional infringement affecting The Company brand or copyrighted materials, we reserve the right to take further action, including legal remedies.

The Company maintains a list of DMCA notices from copyright holders and makes a good faith effort to identify and cease repeat infringement.
